Welcome to Falcon Immigration Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or services. Falcon Immigration Services Inc. is a Federally registered Private Organization that works for a fee. The clients can choose to work on their files by visiting the IRCC website.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy, which can be found on our website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.

Services: Falcon Immigration Services provides assistance with immigration-related matters, including but not limited to visa applications, immigration advice, and document preparation. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application.

Fees: Our fees for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment for our services is due in advance of any work being carried out. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Falcon Immigration Services. We will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by clients.

Confidentiality: All information provided to Falcon Immigration Services by clients is confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Liability: Falcon Immigration Services will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our website or services. Clients use our services at their own risk.

Refunds: In general, we do not offer refunds once work has been carried out, except in exceptional circumstances. The Client acknowledges that the granting of any visa or status, and the time required for processing any application is at the sole discretion of the IRCC and not the RCIC. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.

The RCIC agrees to maintain full, accountable records of time, billing, and expenses (billable time $300 CAD/hr) and expenses incurred up to that date. In the event of a withdrawal of representation, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of fees deemed earned, in event of the following:

  • The application is refused by virtue of the Client’s (or, if applicable, the Client’s dependents’) criminal record or failing to acquire the necessary security clearances, or acquire acceptable health clearances.
  • The application is refused due to misrepresentations found in the application or presented by the Client at the time of interview or any subsequent time.
  • The Client fails to provide necessary documents requested by any Embassy, Consulate, High Commission, Case Processing Centre. IRCC office or Provincial Authority.
  • If IRCC introduces changes to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) or Regulations (IRPR), thereby rendering the Client ineligible.

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Falcon Immigration Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Falcon Immigration Services is registered.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
