Canadian Experience Class
Canadian Experience Class
Have you worked in Canada in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job for at least one year within the last three years?
Are you interested in becoming a Permanent Resident of Canada?
If so, this immigration program might be ideal for you. Here are some key points to consider regarding your employment in Canada:
- If you have worked full-time in one job, you must have completed 30 hours per week for 12 months, which equals 1 year of full-time work (1,560 hours).
- You can also achieve the equivalent work experience through part-time work: a minimum of 15 hours per week for 24 months, which also equals 1 year of full-time work (1,560 hours).
- Remember: You can work multiple part-time jobs to meet this requirement.
- Even if you are working full-time across more than one job, working 30 hours per week for 12 months across multiple jobs will still count as 1 year of full-time work (1,560 hours).
